BY TRAIN FROM BARCELONA AIRPORT (Aeropuerto de Barcelona-El Prat) TO SITGES:
Cost: Approximately. 3.50 € (32 km)
Very easy. No direct train, but get out on the first stop and take the other train to Sitges from the first stop. Same station, same ticket.
From Barcelona Airport to El Prat de Llobregat and from El Prat de Llobregat to Sitges. One ticket.
1. From terminal 2, go to the end of the airport and go upstairs and follow signs to train.
2. Take the RENFE train to Sitges.
3. Exit on the first stop called “El Prat de Llobregat.”
4. Do not exit the train station, only go upstairs take a left and go downstairs.
5. The train from El Prat de Llobregat to Sitges goes in the opposite direction but the same station.
6. Exit on the Sitges Station and walk to your hotel as everything is close.
BY BUS FROM BARCELONA AIRPORT (Aeropuerto de Barcelona-El Prat) TO SITGES:
BusGarraf operates direct, regular bus services from Barcelona El Prat Airport (T1 & T2) to Sitges. Usually costs around 8-10 Euros.
Stops are located outside Terminal 1 (main) and Terminal 2; a free shuttle connects the terminals if needed. Tickets can be purchased directly from the driver or online via the BusGarraf website.
Alternative: If a bus is not immediately available, you can take a local train (requires a change at El Prat de Llobregat) or a taxi (approx. 40-50 mins).
Bus Stops:
Airport (BCN): Outside Terminal 1 (T1) and Terminal 2 (T2).
Sitges: The main stop is located opposite Can Robert park on Avinguda Vilanova, 14.
