The Sitges Carnival has several big events such as:

*Sitges has been celebrating “Carnival” for over 100 years
*Wild Fun Festival
*Over 2,500 participants
*Approximately 50 floats
- Arrival of King Carnestoltes: Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The “King of Carnival” arrives at Plaça Vidal i Quadras to officially start the festivities.
- Costumed Bed Race: Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM. A humorous race of decorated beds through the town streets.
- Rua de la Disbauxa (Debauchery Parade): Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 7:30 PM. This is the first of the two main parades, featuring over 50 floats and thousands of performers.
- Rua de l’Extermini (Extermination Parade): Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 9:00 PM. The second main parade and the most intense night of the celebration.
- Burial of the King (Ash Wednesday): Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM. A satirical funeral procession that concludes with the “Burial of the Sardine,” marking the end of Carnival.
