Shipping & Returns


We will gladly accept a return of any new, unused item with its original tag for exchange or refund for up to 30 days after your purchase date.

Mail / Ship Back:
You must ship your unused item with its original tag back to us. EMAIL US your invoice number and we will email you the return address depending on where you live. We recommend you ship returned items back to us using a method that gives you a tracking number.


  1.  EMAIL US with your invoice number and the name of the damaged or defective merchandise.
  2. We will email you an address where you can send the merchandise depending on your location. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over 30 Euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  4. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit. If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed. Notice that once the refund is approved, it may take a few days to appear on your credit card.
